OMSC focuses on estates strategy and delivery to transform local care services and improve outcomes.

Owen Sloman brings significant expertise in developing local NHS estates planning. He works up plans collaboratively with stakeholders, makes connections to strategic agendas and presents successfully to senior audiences.

Owen’s passion is then driving strategic agendas to support delivery and improved outcomes. He brings rigour and drive to estates negotiations, reaching out to stakeholders proactively to broker solutions. In Haringey he drove negotiations that led to four new health centres. He also wrote the Strategic Outline Case for an award-winning Community Diagnostic Centre.

Owen’s recent focus has been on estates optimisation, releasing £1.2m of voids in Edgware Community Hospital and Crowndale health centre.

Owen brings a deep understanding of the underlying issues. He is a doctoral student at UCL’s Bartlett Faculty of the built environment. Previously, he was seconded to the NHS England’s Strategy Directorate to work on the national Infrastructure Strategy.
